Apex Catering - The Professional Caterers in wedding, corporate, themed and event catering for over thirty years in South Wales and Southern England. From fine dining to Hog Roasts and BBQ's the aim of Apex is to offer a high quality service, and to use fresh, good quality 'in season' local produce. Much of the salad, herbs and vegetable crops we grow ourselves on our market garden farm WWW.OAKDEN.CO.UK and we source meats very locally from small-holder farms known to us. Although we provide menus and prices for each category on our website these menus are generally taken as a guide - we rarely cater for events with an identical menu. Our approach is to work with our clients, to give a flexibility and choice for creating a menu that is truly the client's own. We are fully equipped with the latest commercial mobile catering equipment; meaning we are able to prepare and serve whatever you require, wherever your venue is located, from a castle to the local village hall. Over the years we have built good relationships with some of the best wedding venues in South Wales and SW England - including Duffryn Gardens, Treowen House, Caerphilly Castle, Usk Castle, Abergavenny Priory etc.
Having our own equipment (some bespoke, manufactured specifically for the job by Embers Catering Equipment) means Apex can operate virtually anywhere. Whether catering for private celebrations for ten people to the really large corporate events for 50,000, we can produce equally as well from a client's kitchen or a field kitchen. For a themed event such as Medieval or Tudor banquets we research and try out authentic recipes of historically acurate foods.
