You may decide that one of our set menus is just right - if not, the choice to create a spectacular buffet is yours. Apex gives you the flexibility to 'mix and match'. Disposable plates and napkins are included in the price.

What We Offer
We offer a high quality service, based on the best locally sourced produce, cooked to exacting standards using knowledge gained from over thirty years in event catering.
Our Buffet foods are fresh on delivery with disposable plates and napkins included in the price. Finger Buffets are presented on serving trays, delivered to your venue for the time specified and laid out for you. We collect the trays at an agreed time.
If a collection proves inconvenient to you, then sturdy disposable platters will be used instead.

We can cater from 50 to 5,000 people all tailored to your needs.
