    Big Pan Cooking - One of the newer fun ways of eating.

Originally of Spanish Paella fame, using our experience and knowledge of 27+ years
as one of the UK's largest corporate mass caterer, with some of our big pans made in
our own catering engineering workshop, we strive to take the concept to encompass the
world's cuisine.

Big Pan cooking allows us
to combine virtually all ingredients
into one big cooking utensil
letting flavours mingle for new taste
sensations and aromas.   
 

This method of cooking and presentation suits small to medium parties (30-100 people). 
We can, of course, cook for larger functions by increasing the number of big pans used.
