Hall at Gainsborough
Built as a family home around 1460, it is one of the
best preserved timber framed manor houses in the UK.
The kitchen where lavish banquets were prepared
remains virtually unchanged.
Richard lll and Henry Vlll were both entertained here.

Using our large range of on-site cooking
units, we are able to produce
up to 600 hot meals (with a 3 or 4 course choice) for corporate meetings.

Serving 430 covers with a 3 course hot meal
served to table.

AFTERMATH -
PART ONE
Any caterer can produce beautiful photos
of superb table settings etc.
This is the downside and rarely shown -
the big clean up after the event.
For all who have enjoyed a similar wonderful
evening with good food and drink - spare a thought for 'operation clear
up'
