MAIN DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM

Chicken Supreme poached chicken breast in a mushroom & white wine sauce
Indonesian Chicken diced breast of chicken with an exotic fruit and spicy fragrant cream sauce
Chicken with Tomato & Basil poached chicken in a tomato and basil sauce topped with ricotta cheese
Lamb Stroganoff sautéed fillet of lamb served in a rich white wine, brandy and cream sauce
Boeuf Bourguignonne prime cut of diced beef, cooked in red wine sauce with onions, mushrooms and bacon
Pork & Cider roast pork served with a cider sauce
