The aim of Apex is to provide fresh 'in season' local produce
whenever possible. We grow much of the salad, herbs and vegetable
crops ourselves and our apple trees supply most of the
apples used in our apple sauce and pies too. |

Last summer was a wet one and
we set out suitably equipped. Even so ... in Gloucester,
the day
after the first floods,
we catered for an
outside wedding and had a lovely sunny day.
With 30 years of barbecues and a little less of hog roasts under
our belts,
it really does not rain all of the time. |

Prices include:
Chef and supporting staff to cook,
carve and serve at the venue of your choice, plus serving tables,
condiments, disposables etc. Biodegradable plates on request.
We find a serving time of
around 2 hours suits most parties. However, with prior arrangement serving
time can be extended for larger
events.
Minimum cost £550.00. No transport cost within five mile radius. |

Indoor Hog Roast
For an indoor hog roast
the unit is simply wheeled in when ready to carve
or the whole roast pig is offered and carved from a specially
made
5' long steel tray, whichever is the more suitable for your venue.

More than 100? Larger numbers can easily
be catered for.
Smaller Parties can be catered for too!

REALLY LARGE EVENTS
we have a mobile oven that can roast 5 whole pigs
or a combination of different meats
i.e. some whole pigs, whole lamb and large joints of beef

we can use our large mobile oven to....
