Apex is one of the largest operators in the Outside Catering field.
With our own equipment we are able to set up field kitchens, use mobiles, 
 a large array of barbecues, hog & ox roast units and large mobile roasting ovens 
to cater for the largest event  a client can possibly require

.

 medieval fare at Gainsborough Old Hall.
 We worked to a menu provided by
food historian Peter Brears  - advisor and carver to 'Lord Dimbleby' on this shoot.
Apex also supplied some of the props
